The Airbus Corporate Jetliner is based on the Airbus 319. It is an airliner-sized jet being sold to corporate operators that is capable of more than 6,000 nm of cruising range. Its spacious cabin is over 12 feet wide and seven feet high. Its 5,900 cu. ft. cabin provides plenty of room for private staterooms and conference rooms that do not restrict movement by other passengers going from one end of the cabin to the other. The Airbus design is twenty years newer than its closest rival and also employs the latest fly-by-wire technology.
With Airbus products being used all over the globe, customers are assured of good worldwide support. Certificated as a standard airliner will mean more potential buyers if put up for sale sometime in the future.
The ACJ neo, based on the Airbus A319/320neo single-aisle airliners, can be powered with CFM International’s LEAP-1A or Pratt & Whitney’s PurePower PW1100G-JM, both delivering enhanced fuel burn efficiency, additional range, lower emissions and engine noise. Neo models also feature sharklet wingtips, that also increase fuel efficiency. Neo stands for new engine option.
