The Beechcraft King Air 360ER is the extended-range variant of the King Air 360, built on the longstanding King Air 300 series platform. Designed for missions requiring longer endurance and operational flexibility, the 360ER incorporates upgraded systems and increased fuel capacity while maintaining the proven durability of the King Air family.
The 360ER retains the airframe and avionics improvements of the base 360 model, including a fully digital pressurization system and Collins Aerospace Pro Line Fusion avionics suite. However, it introduces mission-specific features such as increased fuel capacity, heavy-duty landing gear, and optional surveillance or medevac configurations. These enhancements make the aircraft well-suited for special missions, surveillance, and utility transport.
Powered by two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-60A engines, each producing 1,050 shp, the King Air 360ER has a maximum cruise speed of 303 knots and a maximum takeoff weight of 16,500 pounds. The extended fuel system allows for a range of over 2,500 nautical miles, depending on configuration and payload. The aircraft typically seats up to 15 passengers in a mission-configurable interior.
The total cabin volume is approximately 344 cubic feet, supporting a variety of custom layouts, including sensor operator stations or additional mission equipment. Operators choose the 360ER for its extended range, mission adaptability, and the global support infrastructure that comes with the King Air brand.
