The Cirrus Vision SF50 G2+ represents the latest refinement of the Vision Jet platform, introduced in 2021 as an upgrade to the earlier G2 model. As the world’s first and only certified single-engine personal jet, the Vision Jet platform has seen continuous development since its initial certification in 2016, with the G2+ iteration incorporating notable enhancements to performance, comfort, and connectivity.
Powered by a single Williams FJ33-5A turbofan engine producing 1,846 pounds of thrust, the Vision Jet G2+ offers a maximum cruise speed of 315 knots. With a maximum takeoff weight of 6,000 pounds and a takeoff distance of just under 2,036 feet, the aircraft is optimized for efficient personal and business travel, including short field operations. The G2+ variant introduced engine thrust scheduling improvements that enhance hot-and-high airport performance.
Inside, the Vision Jet G2+ provides a premium cabin experience for up to five adults and two children, with a modular seating arrangement, large windows, and a rear lavatory. Cabin noise levels have been further reduced compared to previous models, contributing to improved passenger comfort.
The cockpit features Cirrus’ Perspective Touch+ by Garmin G3000 avionics suite, offering simplified systems integration, synthetic vision, and envelope protection. Autothrottle functionality and the proprietary Safe Return™ emergency autoland system, introduced with the G2 series, and remain standard on the G2+.
Targeted at owner-operators and charter services alike, the Vision Jet G2+ continues to redefine the personal jet category, offering a unique combination of turbine performance, single-pilot ease of use, and industry-leading safety features.
