The Quest Kodiak is a high-wing single-engine STOL turboprop aircraft. Quest Aircraft Company and the Kodiak were both started up in an effort to design an aircraft capable of performing humanitarian missions throughout the world.
The Kodiak is powered by a Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A-34 engine that produces 750 shp. This allows the Kodiak to be able to takeoff in less than 700 feet. Floats can also be added without structural upgrades and the aircraft has excellent slow flying capabilities and a cargo door for ease of loading and offloading.
The Kodiak is equipped with a Garmin 1000 glass cockpit and was certified in August 2007.
