The P68 is an Italian six-seat, twin-engined, high-wing monoplane built by Partenavia and later Vulcanair. It was designed by Professor Luigi Pascale and first produced in 1972. It was designed for private and business use but was also used as a training and a transport aircraft. The P68 Observer has a transparent nose for use in police and observation work.
The Vulcan Air P68C is powered by two 200 hp Lycoming IO-360-A1B6 engines.
